The newly developed Driver App serves as a crucial companion for users of Distinctive Systems' Coach Manager, Tour Booking System (TBS), and Vehicle Maintenance System (VMS). This application enhances the functionality available to drivers, facilitating daily walk-around checks and enabling the reporting of any defects seamlessly.

For those utilizing Coach Manager, the app offers an organized view of allocated bookings, complete with detailed information that assists drivers during their routes.

 <li>Step-by-step navigation through each journey segment</li>
 <li>Adheres to all statutory requirements for walk-around check documentation</li>
 <li>Meets all statutory obligations for defect reporting</li>
 <li>Automatic notification to workshops upon new defect reports</li>
 <li>Integration with Coach Manager to inform the traffic office about pending defects</li>
 <li>Guidance through the walk-around check process</li>
 <li>Records completion time and GPS location for each inspection</li>
 <li>Predefined common defects streamline the reporting process</li>
 <li>Ability to include free-text descriptions and up to four photos for each defect</li>
 <li>Defects can be marked as resolved within the back office system</li>
 <li>Documentation of performed work in the back office system</li>
 <li>Reporting on non-completed checks via Coach Manager’s vehicle utilization data</li>
 <li>Provides reports on nil defects, outstanding defects, and completed defects</li>
 <li>Customizable check items along with predefined common defects for efficiency</li>

Please be advised that usage of this application requires an active software subscription or maintenance agreement for one of the primary systems (Coach Manager, TBS, or VMS). Additionally, an installation of Coach Manager Online is necessary for the integration with Coach Manager.
